A partir de Março de 2015, um grupo de participantes da Indonésia e das Filipinas, com um papel ativo em grupos de jovens, associações, ONGs ou similares, terá a oportunidade de receber formação essencial de especialistas europeus no domínio da juventude em 5 tópicos:
• Gestão de organizações de juventude
• Elaboração e gestão de projetos
• Gestão de recursos humanos
• Visibilidade e disseminação
• Gestão financeira
As formações terão lugar durante 2015 e cada uma terá a duração de 21 dias que incluem palestras, apresentações orais, oficinas interativas e sessões on-line. Depois das formações, o projeto prevê um curto período de acompanhamento: um mês durante o qual os formadores vão continuar a interagir com os participantes através da plataforma de e-Learning, para monitorizar o seu progresso e manter a sua motivação e envolvimento.
Mga Pagsasanay sa pamayanan
Magkakaroon ng pagsasanay sa pamayanan ang naturang proyekto simula sa buwan ng Marso. Gaganapin ang pagsasanay sa mga napiling kalahok sa bansang Pilipinas at Indonesia. Sila ay mga aktibong kabataang miyembro ng mga NGOs, kawani ng mga kabataang grupo at iba pa. Sila ay makakatangap ng pagsasanay mula sa ekspertong galling ng Europa sa limang (5) aspetong nasa larangan ng kabataan:
1.Pamamahala sa mga Pangkabataang NGO
2. Pamamahala sa mga Proyekto;
3. Pamamahala sa Pananalapi;
4. Pamamahala sa Kayamanang-Tao
5.Komunikasyon, Pagpapalantad, at Pagbabalita o Pagsasalaysay ukol sa proyekto.
Ang mga pagsasanay na ito ay gaganapin sa buong taon ng 2015 at may kabuuang 21 na araw ng pagsasanay, mga presentasyun, interaksyun, at mga “online” o makabagong sesyun gamit ang teknolohiya. Pagkatapos ng pagsasanay, magkakaroon ng interaksyun ang mga kalahok tungkol sa kanilang natutunan at ang mga progreso sa isang E-Learning Platform o ang paggamit ng makabagong teknolohiya, ito rin ay makatulong sa maging aktibo ang pakikilahok.

Latihan di lapangan
Dimulai sejak Maret 2015 sejumlah peserta yang terpilih di Indonesia dan Filipina, yang telah aktif di kelompok kepemudaan, asosiasi, LSM dan sejenisnya, akan mendapatkan kesempatan untuk menerima pelatihan yang berharga dari para ahli dari Eropa di bidang pelatihan kepemudaan pada 5 topik:
• Manajemen LSM Kepemudaan
• Proyek Penulisan dan Manajemen
• Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia
• Visibilitas dan Diseminasi
• Manajemen keuangan
Pelatihan berlangsung sepanjang tahun 2015 dan masing-masing berlangsung 21 hari dan meliputi kuliah, presentasi lisan, lokakarya interaktif dan sesi online. Seusai pelatihan di lapangan, proyek akan dilihat terlebih dulu dalam masa pendampingan singkat: satu bulan di mana para pelatih akan selalu berinteraksi dengan peserta melalui E-Learning Platform, untuk memantau kemajuan mereka dan menjaga motivasi dan keterlibatan mereka.

Minn Marzu 2015 numru magħżul ta’ parteċipanti fl-Indoneżja u fil-Filippini, diġà attivi fi gruppi taż-żgħażagħ, assoċjazzjonijiet, NGOs u simili, ser ikollhom ċ-ċans li jirċievu taħriġ importanti minn esperti Ewropej fil-qasam tax-xogħol taż-żgħażagħ fuq 5 suġġetti:
• Immaniġjar ta’ NGO taż-Żgħażagħ
• Kitba u Mmaniġjar ta’ Proġetti
• Immaniġjar ta’ Riżorsi Umani
• Viżibilità u Disseminazzjoni
• Immaniġjar Finanzjarju
It-taħriġ iseħħ matul l-2015 u kull wieħed minn idum 21 ġurnata u jinkludi lekċers, preżentazzjonijiet orali, sessjonijiet ta’ ħidma interattivi u sessjonijiet onlajn. Wara it-taħriġ fil-qasam, il-Proġett jipprevedi Perjodu Qasir ta’ Akkumpanjament: xahar li fih dawk li jagħtu t-taħriġ ser ikomplu interaġixxu mal-parteċipanti permezz ta’ Pjattaforma ta’ Tagħlim Elettroniku, sabiex jimmonitoraw l-progress tagħhom u jżommu l-motivazzjoni u l-involviment tagħhom.

Formazione sul campo
A partire dal Marzo 2015 un numero selezionato di partecipanti provenienti dall’Indonesia e dalle Filippine, avrà la possibilità di ricevere formazione da esperti Europei nel campo dell’associazionismo giovanile in 5 materie:
- Gestione di una ONG giovanile
- Scrittura e gestione di progetti
- Gestione delle risorse umane
- Visibilità e disseminazione
- Gestione finanziaria
Ogni modulo di formazione durerà 21 giorni e include lezioni, presentazioni, laboratori interattivi e sessioni online. Dopo la formazione sul campo il Progetto prevede un Breve Periodo di Accompagnamento: un mese durante il quale i formatori continueranno ad interagire con i partecipanti attraverso l’E-Learning Platform, una piattaforma di apprendimento multimediale online, in modo da monitorare i progressi e mantenere il loro coinvolgimento e la loro motivazione.
