Noventy, from Indonesia to Portugal

The journey started after my passport gets stamped to leave Indonesia. The flight started from Bali, transit in Singapore for more less 2 hours and continue to next stop in Amsterdam for more less 2 hours, I went out of the airport to see the city by bus to the Amsterdam city. It was so good; I saw unique buildings, wide park, the cable train transportation. I saw lot people using bicycle for transportation too. The city really beautiful but so cold, this is my first experience in low temperature country. Thank you for Mr. Sebastian and Mrs. Aini that the weather can be a bit extreme and advised me to bring more thick jackets. I have to admit that the transportation here available in variety but the fare so expensive, for example for returned ticket bus to the city costs €10…quite a big money, I can say.

My arrival in Lisbon or Lisboa airport around the afternoon, I bought local number then continue to take the first train to go to another station to get Lisboa Oriente, the last train, that take me to Braga city. I had another experience with buying the first train ticket in Lisbon ticket machine which I was not familiar with it (and still…) so glad there was a citizen who came and helps me. I am impressed by the citizen hospitality.

My train took hours to reach Braga, the last station and I arrived safely there and met Mariana for the first time. Even the weather so cold and a bit rain but I received a warm welcome and she showed me the apartment room that I am going to stay for couple of weeks, giving breakfast food supply and informed me one restaurant where I can have my lunch and dinner. After she left, I looked around and saw a nice welcome card made by Paula from Austria. I slept soonest I touched the bed.

The next couple of days, I have a chance to know my roommates, Rosa from Spain, Victor and Ana from Romania and to see a bit of the local area. Braga is really calm and peaceful city. I took few pictures of the nice old architecture buildings and the street.
