Who is not familiar with desserts made from coffee served with strawberry and mixed berry? Yes, tiramisu and even to parts of the world will know the pleasure of a typical Italian dessert. A pleasure can be a participant on arrival EVS training, other than I get a new family, learning Italian and the most important is closer to Italian culture by learning how making traditional homemade tiramisu. With Sandra our Italian trainer, she teaches us how make traditional tiramisu just in your kitchen. I’m really excited because Sandra said that super easy to make that, with another participant Rona (Philippines) Gülşah (Turkey), Mishra (India), Veronika (Czech Rep), Karolin (Germany), Solvita (Latvia), Karolina (Bulgaria),Ye Wu (China), Zhu (China) and me Dani (Indonesia) we really curious because we really peace (love) Tiramisu.
Stars with a simple game to guessing how making tiramisu with a slice of picture and word we must collect and connect the word and picture as a process how to make Tiramisu. Sandra (Trainer) corrects us the process because a lot of participant wrong to make a process in the picture and word. After finish evaluation we try the real how to make tiramisu starts with separate eggs; yellow side and white side until sprinkle the cocoa powder. We really enjoyed the process and in the dinner time we serve our tiramisu creation and all participant who not attend the class can’t believe the tiramisu made by us. Is so lovely moment and i will make tiramisu in my home (Bali) for sure.
