Pag-uusapan sa pagtitipon ang mga hakbang ng proyekto at iba pang mga detalyeng kailangan pag-usapan. Magkakaroon ng pagkakataong makipag-ugnayan ang mga miyembro ng organisasyun na kasapi para mapalago at mapabuti ang proyekto tulad ng pagpapasiya, pagmumungkahi at pagbigay-ideya. Dito sa pagtitipon ay kasabay ang Internasyunal na pulong upang ipaabot sa mga miyembro at publiko ang nasabing proyekto.
Rapat Awal Pertemuan dan Konferensi International
Cagliari, Italia, kantor pusat dari koordinator proyek TDM 2000 International, menjadi tuan rumah dari pertemuan rapat awal untuk merencanakan langkah-langkah terperinci proyek. Selama pertemuan, para mitra kerja bertemu muka dan perwakilan dari setiap organisasi yang bergabung untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, dengan ide-ide dan usulan rancangan.
Bersamaan dengan pertemuan rapat awal, suatu rapat konferensi internasional juga digelar, untuk memperkenalkan proyek tersebut di masyarakat umum.

Waqt il-laqgħa l-imsieħba jiltaqgħu wiċċ imb’wiċċ, u rappreżentattivi minn kull organizzazzjoni huma involuti sabiex jagħtu l-kontribuzzjoni tagħhom dwar il-proċess tat-teħid ta’ deċiżjonijiet, b’ideat u proposti.
Flimkien mal-laqgħa tal-Bidu, isseħħ Konferenza tal-Bidu Internazzjonali, sabiex jiġi ppreżentat l-porġett lill-pubbliku ġenerali.

Reunião inicial e conferência internacional
A reunião inicial do projeto será realizada em Cagliari, Itália, sede do coordenador do projeto, TDM 2000 Internacional. Esta reunião tem como objetivo planear em detalhe as próximas etapas do projeto. Durante a reunião, os parceiros irão encontrar-se face a face e os representantes de cada organização envolvida darão o seu contributo no processo de tomada de decisão, com ideias e propostas.
Juntamente com a reunião inicial, será realizada uma conferência internacional, para apresentar o projeto ao público em geral.
