A observação em contexto de trabalho

A observação em contexto de trabalho será constituída por um período de observação em que os participantes selecionados terão a oportunidade de colaborar com uma das organizações europeias através de uma metodologia de aprender a observar e trabalhando junto da equipa regular, como gerir com sucesso uma organização da juventude. A observação em contexto de trabalho terá lugar entre Janeiro e Fevereiro de 2016, logo após a conclusão dos cursos de formação. 10 participantes, 5 da Indonésia e 5 das Filipinas, irão juntar-se à equipa de cada organização europeia envolvida no projeto Euroasi, para uma imersão total no trabalho diário de uma organização da juventude bem estabelecida, com a duração de 21 dias.

Ao mesmo tempo, não só os participantes aprendem com os seus parceiros europeus, mas também estes terão a oportunidade de beneficiar desta experiência intercultural e receber inputs interessantes de diferentes perspetivas.

Affiancamento lavorativo

L’Affiancamento Lavorativo è un periodo di osservazione durante il quale i partecipanti selezionati avranno l’opportunità di collaborare con una organizzazione europea e imparare a gestire una organizzazione lavorando accanto allo staff di una ONG giovanile di successo. L’affiancamento lavorativo avverrà tra gennaio e febbraio 2016, subito dopo il completamento della formazione sul campo. 10 partecipanti, 5 dall’Indonesia e 5 dalle Filippine, si uniranno allo staff di ognuna delle organizzazioni europee coinvolte in Euroasi, per una full immersione di 21 giorni nel lavoro quotidiano di una ONG.

Allo stesso modo, non solo i partecipanti impareranno dai partner europei, ma anche questi ultimi avranno l’opportunità di beneficiare da questa esperienza interculturale e ricevere stimoli interessanti da differenti prospettive.

Pagsasanay sa Trabaho

Ang Job Shadowing o Pagsasanay sa Trabaho ay isang pagmamasid kung saan ang mga napiling kalahok ay magkakaroon ng pagkakataong makipagtulungan sa isang organisasyon sa Europa, makapag-aaral habang nagmamasid at nagtatrabaho kasama ang mga regular na kawani at kung paano matagumpay na magpatakbo ng isang kabataang NGO. Magsisimula ito sa Enero hanggang Pebrero ng 2016 pagkatapos ng mga pagsasanay. Ito ay isang pagkakataon na kung saan sampo (10) sa mga kabataan nakipaglahok sa pagsasanay mula sa Indonesia at gayun din sa Pilipinas, lima sa bawat bansa, at tatagal ng 21 na araw.
Gayundin, ang pagkakataong ito ay makapagbigay ng karagdagang benepisyo sa mga kalahok dahil sa pagkakataong natutunan sa kultura ng ibang bansa at iba pang karanasan na kapaki-pakinabang.

Pengamatan Kerja

Pengamatan Kerja bertujuan utama dari masa periode pengamatan yang mana peserta yang terpilih akan mendapatkan kesempatan untuk berkolaborasi dengan satu organisasi Eropa dengan “membayangi”, atau belajar sambil mengamati dan bekerja bersama staf tetap, bagaimana menjalankan LSM kepemudaan dengan sukses. Pengamatan Kerja akan berlangsung antara bulan Januari dan Pebruari 2016, tepat setelah selesainya kursus pelatihan diberikan. 10 peserta, 5 dari Indonesia dan 5 dari Filipina, akan bergabung dengan staf dari masing-masing organisasi Eropa yang terlibat dalam Euroasi, selama 21 hari lamanya, dilakukan pendalaman pekerjaan setiap harinya di LSM kepemudaan yang sudah mapan.

Pada saat yang bersamaan, peserta tidak hanya belajar dari mitra Eropa saja, tapi juga pada akhirnya akan berkesempatan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dari pengalaman antarbudaya ini dan untuk menerima masukan-masukan yang menarik dari pandangan yang berbeda.

Monitoraġġ tax-Xogħol

Il-Monitoraġġ tax-Xogħol jikkonsisti f’perjodu ta’ osservazzjoni f’liema parteċipanti magħżula ser ikollhom l-opportunità li jikkollaboraw ma’ organizzazzjonijiet Ewropej permezz ta’ “monitoraġġ”, jew tagħlim waqt osservazzjoni u xogħol ma’ impjegati regolari, dwar kif tmexxi NGO taż-żgħażagħ b’suċċess. Il-Monitoraġġ tax-Xogħol ser iseħħ bejn Jannar u Frar 2016, eżatt wara t-tlestija tal-korsijiet ta’ taħriġ. 10 parteċipanti, 5 mill-Indoneżja u 5 mill-Filippini, ser jingħaqdu mal-impjegati ta’ kull organizzazzjoni Ewropea involuta f’Euroasi, għal 21 ġurnata ta’ immersjoni totali fix-xogħol ta’ kuljum ta’ NGO taż-żgħażagħ stabbilita sew.

Fl-istess ħin, il-parteċipanti mhux biss ser jitgħallmu mill-imsieħba Ewropej tagħhom, iżda wkoll dawn tal-aħħar ser ikollhom iċ-ċans sabiex jibbenefikaw minn din l-esperjenza interkulturali u biex jirċievu inputs interessanti minn perspettivi differenti.

Job Shadowing
