In the last days the first job shadowers from Philippines and Indonesia have reached Europe and started experiencing the work in the partner organizations, getting oriented in the local environments and knowing more about the activities run by the NGOs and the tasks of the different members, employees and volunteers.
The 3 weeks activities will allow each job shadower to get inputs from the hosting organizations in order to collect information and tools for effective management of activities and projects in the topics that have been tackled during the trainings on the field held last year: NGO management, Project management, Human Resources management, Visibility and Dissemination and Financial Management.
The competences and tools developed will allow them to increase the capacity of using new methodologies and approaches in their NGO activities back in their countries.
The job shadowing is taking place in Italy, Portugal, Malta and Slovenia
