The third Euroasi training course on Human Resources Management is about to start. The training will be held in Boracay (Philippines) in August, and in Depansar (Indonesia) in September. Having the right staff is one of the key to success for a youth NGO, and the trainers from Europe are now ready to reach Southeast Asia to share their knowledge and experience on the topic with the trainees, and receive from them new ideas and inputs.
This training lasts 21 days and aims to provide the participants with the necessary knowledge and understanding on how to recruit, train, motivate and manage members, volunteers and employees of a youth NGO.
