MUNICIPAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE

Responsible for setting the direction, development, implementation, and coordination of disaster risk reduction and management programs and shall perform the functions not limited to planning, research, administration, training, including operations and warning.

PHILIPPINE RED CROSS –CHAPTER ADMINISTRATOR/OIC

-Oversees management of the PRC Boracay-Malay Chapter by ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of the major Philippine Red Cross services in communities including the tourists.

-Works closely with the PRC National Headquarters, Chapter Board of Directors, and the Local Government Unit, Malay, Aklan, Stakeholders and Donors on service deliveries and policy management.

-Supervises registered nurses (15), lifeguards (25), ambulance drivers (3) detailed by the Local Government Unit, Malay and volunteers on implementation of programs.

-Prepares the budget, handle finances and generate funds for the chapter operations and service deliveries.

-Advocates transparency and sustainability of the chapter operations for the public.
