During this training, I have learned a lot.
It was complicated at first, but because of the patience and the accommodation of our trainers Angelica and Luisa, they helped me grasp the basic concept of what we were discussing.
Although I didn’t know most of the terms that they where using at first, it didn’t stop me from learning.
I got the basic idea and I learned about certain strategies and some tools to use when managing an N.G.O.
It was an experience that was balanced at fun and educational. It didn’t put us under too much pressure. Because of interactive approach, I have developed better social skills and communication skills.
My favorite part was when we made a pretend website and learned how to improve it.
